We use Wodify Performance Tracking Software to maintain statistics on every athlete, recording progress and performance over time. You will sign-in and register at the Wodify Kiosk at our front desk.per preparation.
Arrive at the gym 15 minutes before your class and let the our staff know it’s your first time! They'll give you a tour and help you get set up.
In order to keep the gym floor clear and your belongings secure, we provide large cubby style lockers in our lounge area... conveniently located right next to our showers.
