Are you ready for class? Here is exactly what you need to know in order to maximize your experience once you arrive at the gym.
MORE IN PREPPING:
Our classes generate a serious sweat, so make sure you are hydrated before arriving. We also provide water in the gym — bring a bottle to fill up!
Proper attire can set you up to succeed; leggings or shorts and a tank top or t-shirt with tennis shoes are perfect.
We provide everything you need to get started (including a gym towel!). You are also welcome to bring any lifting belt, jump rope, wrist and knee wraps, or protein/shaker bottles that you would prefer.
